David Gibson, 2009 Scholarship Winner

  Vanceboro Ruritan Club President Jane Whitley presented the 2009 Scholarship winner, David Gibson with his scholarship at the July meeting in Vanceboro, NC. David accepted his scholarship check, along with his mother, Michelle Cuthrell. David will be attending Craven Community College this fall.
