About the Vanceboro Ruritan Club The Vanceboro Ruritan Club surveys the needs of the community on a regular basis and creates activities and programs to work towards meeting those needs by offering opportunities for everyone to work together to enhance the quality of life and create a positive impact on Vanceboro. We do that through five service areas: - Business & Professional - Citizenship & Patriotism - Environment - Public Service - Social Development Monthly meetings - the 4th Monday of each month - feature a fellowship meal, club business, and an informational or entertaining program.
